Mr.Rao is the visionary behind SVC’s success, with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. Our Managing Partner brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, steering SVC to become a trusted name in Hyderabad’s real estate landscape. With a deep passion for creating spaces that inspire and elevate lifestyles, his vision has been instrumental in delivering exceptional residential and commercial projects.
His relentless focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability has helped SVC develop iconic residential spaces that combine luxury with comfort and commercial properties designed to empower businesses with functionality and modernity. C RADHA KRISHNA KUMAR
Mr. C. Radha Krishna Kumar is a partner and the chief legal advisor of the company. He has a B.Com, LLB qualification and his enrollment was done in the year 1982. He worked as a junior to the renowned High Court Judge, late Justice Jasti Eswara Prasad in the initial days of his career. He worked as a panel advocate for State Bank of India and United India Insurance.
He had a statutory appointment as the Senior Standing Counsel for the Central Government from 1990-2000. He extended his legal services to several military units, ordinance factory, Postal Department, Telecom Department, DMRL, DRDL, Nuclear Fuel Complex, Chief Engineer-Hyderabad zone. He has a vast experience in the legal field and he has been practicing in the High Court of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and several District courts in Telangana.

Eshwar C.V. Sagar Magham has over a decade of proven professional experience in the construction Industry. He has earned his Masters degree from UK, and a Bachelors from Anna University. He has a vast experience in various infra projects around the country.
He has involved in special foundation works of following prestigious projects of DMRC Delhi.
Land piling & soldier piling: The work carried out in Pragati Maidan, Vishwavidyalaya -ISBT, Indralok-Munrika, yamuna Bank, Rapid Metro Rail Gurgaon etc. Diaphragm wall & Barrette Piling: The work carried out in Mandi House, Guru Teg Bahadur, Udyog Bhawan, Green Park, Hauz khas, Malvia Nagar, Saket, Lal Quila.

Clark Lloyd Architects is a multi-skilled design, planning and regeneration consultancy working for a client base spanning the built environment. Established in 2007 by Pavan Suryadevara in India (Hyderabad) with Head office in London. Our portfolio of projects is wide ranging and our track record and skills in understanding and delivering solutions for challenging sites are transferable to both national and Architects level. Our team of 25 includes architects and design managers, planners and urban designers and specialists in sustainable economic, social and cultural renewal, conservation and sustainable design. We are a practice with the membership of AIIA and IIID in INDIA. Over the years the practice has grown through the strategic addition of new skills and disciplines which support and enhance our core design skills –planning, regeneration and urban design, research and sustainability, leading to the creation of six specialist teams collaborating across disciplines.
Built environment challenges take many forms – Urban Expansion, Master planning, new or converted buildings for specialist client sectors creating the new locally accountable economies the climate change era needs.
